We start with an in-person meeting, looking at your space and discussing how you want it to function and what makes sense structurally and visually.  We build decks from the ground up, starting with demo and design and carrying through to the finished space.

We love incorporating artistic details, such as custom inlay work, curved edges, multiple levels, and lighting, to make each project feel unique. We’ll work with you to design a layout that fits your space, lifestyle, and budget. We can build your project out of wood or composite materials like Timbertech or Trex. Before construction begins, the design and building plan—along with pricing and timeline—will be outlined in a clear contract.

demo + construction of your deck

Typically, the first phase of a deck project is demolition, removing old decks, as well as any existing framing or materials, safely and cleanly. When we move into construction, we focus on quality and consistency.  The majority of the build is completed by our in-house crew, and we bring in trusted subcontractors for specialized work like electrical wiring when needed. When you choose Mokko, you’re working directly with a small, dedicated crew that’s genuinely invested in your project and works to a high standard of quality.

We believe the final details make all the difference! We take time on the finishing touches, edges, inlays, lighting, or other custom details. Our goal is to build you a deck that feels complete, well-crafted, and ready to be used and enjoyed right away.
